   The prosciutto pizza and the espresso martini make for one of my favorite meals in Plano! You can never go wrong with it, I would recommend making a reservation and it can get a little pricey so keep that in mind but it’s so worth it!

   Food is always good. Server was friendly and helpful. Atmosphere is a bit noisy, which is unfortunately common at many restaurants.

   Food was ok, noise above tolerable level. Music too loud inside and on the patio, it was the chairs dragged around on concrete. Service was ok and overall experience was at best average.

   Horrible. Poor host. Poor server. Wrong order. Manager clueless. I’ve eaten at other locations and never had this experience. Can’t mention a single positive from our visit. We won’t ever return.

   I have been to this Pie Tap location on many occasions with groups and have always had a great experience...until this evening. First, my reservation was for 8 and I was seated at a table for 6. Only when I brought it to the attention of the hostess, was it corrected but with an odd set up, ok fine. We waited until everyone arrived to order to make it easier on Sara our waitress. Unfortunately, the wrong pizza was delivered to a person in my party and a new one had to be made. Everyone else was still eating and we were told it would be 5 minutes, no problem. 20 minutes later, still no pizza or Sara for that matter. I then asked for a manager and the pizza arrived 5 minutes later. By this time, 30 minutes had passed and everyone else was done eating. The next time we saw Sara, she never addressed that the pizza had been delivered, asked if everything was ok, or apologized for the extended delay and mishap. If all this wasn't bad enough, we were all handed checks including the person with the mishandled order with a 20% gratuity charge due to party size, which I never was charged for before. I had to ask for the manager to comp this person's bill which I should not have had to do. Needless to say, I will not be coming back to this location. I do not appreciate how badly this situation was handled this evening. Mistakes happen, but they need to be handled, not ignored line it was this evening. Do better.

   One of my favorite places to go in Plano. Food is great. Especially the cheese board and chili jam.
