   I didn’t get to eat at PiCH yesterday - they had a set menu for Valentine’s Day and it was sooo limited. I wish they would have made this known before completing the reservation. Especially for people who are not big meat eaters, which were the only options they had on this set menu. And you couldn’t order sides either. We had to leave and find another place. On Valentine’s Day.

   The server we had was friendly, attentive, and helpful. The DJ’s were playing great music and the food was too good lol

   I've been to Pich quite a few times. The first few times, service was on point. However, the last two times, service seemed gotten worse. We waited about 15 minutes before someone came to the table, half hour for our drinks and one and a half hours for the first part of our appetizers then another half hour for the rest of it. The place was far from busy so there was no excuse for such poor service. The manager was very apologetic, but that doesn't change the fact that they have to do better. Totally disappointed 😞

   This restaurant is boarded up! It was 20 degrees out in a neighborhood with few choices. Fix this!!!!!!

   We got there at 6:30 and it was empty which is understandable since it was still early, the drinks were okay but mine came with a hair in it so I asked for another one and that took 30 min to an hour for me to get, also one of my guests asked if they had corona and they said yes they would just have to pick some up first really quickly and that took 2 hours, the food was okay but the jasmine rice that came with the food was very mushy like mashed potatoes, I also ordered a plate for one of my guest that was running late and that took 2 hours to come, she didn’t even get to eat it when she got there since they gave it to her when it was time for us to leave. Definitely won’t be going there again.

   I had an awesome time at brunch. The food and service was really good! The owner even came over to greet me. I’ll definitely be coming back!

   PICH is always a good vibe. The food, music and most importantly staff is always professional, courteous and just so helpful.

    To be very honest, the food was very MID ! Rum punch was a 5/10 barely taste any alcohol. The service was ok, there was no Hostess to greet you at the door, our waiter took forever to get to our table. Once she did she took our drinks, then food & then dissapeared for over 30 mins. Didn’t take us long to figure our the food was not giving what it needed to give. We waited over 20 mins for the check… i will not be back mostly because of the food. I had their version of rasta pasta with shrimp (5/10) & jerk chicken (6/10) - & it came out COLD & their chicken wings (6/10).
