   Love this restaurant, BUT, this time our friends and us all fancied the beef special for £50 for two. We had two orders and were shocked that the price was £50 for 2 then in small print (per person). In other words £50 each for some beef. We were devastated and even more so when the waitress and then the manager voiced that that was a common mistake made by many diners. Perhaps, instead of trying to fool your guests you should alert them to the price upfront. Shame on you.

   The perfect place to celebrate Mother’s Day. The restaurant was really busy yet the service was faultless. Definitely making a booking again in the future

   Good selection of dishes incl kids menu. Service was great, staff so helpful and friendly. Great atmosphere in a busy restaurant on Mothers Day.

   Disappointing, got 3 of the orders wrong. However food quality (when it arrived) was good. Kids pizza arrived with uncooked pepperoni, and was returned with cooked salami?? No harm done but could have done better.

   Service was excellent, very knowledgeable and helpful staff which is always appreciated. Food was very tasty and hot when arrived. The only thing which was not pleasent was the tables were so close together you had no choice but endure conversations on tables either side. Table on one side clearly had alot to drink and were very loud which made the ambience unpleasant so much so we did not order a desert and just wanted to get out asap. We were 2 people and the table was laid for 4 which normally all other tableware would have been taken away but it wasn't. That aside I would eat there again as the food and service was of a high quality.

   Saturday was the first time we had been to Piccolono in Henley, we both had a wonderful time, the staff, the location, the meal were all fantastic We shall be back on many occasions it can not be faulted Top Marks to the complete team from front of house to the kitchen
