The food was wonderful. We'd forgotten how tremendous Piano Piano can be. And our server was gracious and attentive. Plus the staff put a sparkler in my wife's dessert—bonus points! We had a wonderful time on a special occasion. THANK YOU, Team Piano!

This could not be worse. We were seated at 8:15 PM and placed our order by 8:25 PM. It took 30 minutes just to get our appetizer. When we asked about the rest of our food, the staff responded rudely, as if we were bothering them. The whole place felt tense and stressful, like the staff was overwhelmed and ready to argue. On top of that, the restaurant was incredibly loud. The tables were so close together that you could hear every conversation around you—it felt like we were dining with strangers. There was no space or sense of privacy, making it an uncomfortable experience overall. And the food? Completely average. Nothing special, nothing memorable—certainly not worth the wait or the attitude from the staff. For a restaurant in such a nice area, it’s disappointing that the service, atmosphere, and food all fall short. Would never, ever return. Avoid this place unless you enjoy bad service, zero personal space, and underwhelming food.

Services excellent. Caesar salad too much dressing, Lettuce is warm. Pasta is warm not hot. Calamari not worth the price not many pieces of calamari. Mixed in with some kind of vegetable.

We just had a wonderful meal at Piano Piano, on Mount Pleasant Road, Toronto. Food was outstanding. There was a special on a cab sauv so that was a bonus!

Every thing was great really enjoyed my experience. I would did mention that it was my birthday. It would’ve been nice if they did add a little bit of touch to my tiramisu that I ordered but everything else was really good.

I’ve eaten there many many times , it’s the first time food was not that great. Branzino was nothing like other times. It was my bday, and wanted to eat there because I love it, however this time it wasn’t that good :( Service was beautiful
