   Great food, good value and quality. Service was functional but reasonable. I’d go back as the quality of food for the price was excellent .

   No fuss, wholesome meal. Great service, attentive staff. The menu has right amount of choice so you are not overwhelmed. So far, i've been there 2 times for work lunches, had food from their Vietnamese rice bowl and hot n spicy selections. The rice portion maybe a bit much if you are not a 'rice' person. I am a rice person so am very happy with it. Both have been delicious. Suggest booking tables in advance esp. if dining on fridays n weekends. I plan to go and tick off all on the menu.

   I am a regular at Pho, and have been for years! But yesterday was sadly the worst experience that I have had. The service was really bad. It was pushy- we were pushed to order our mains despite asking to hold off. Following this, I requested specifically to not receive our mains until we had finished our starters. This was ignored. The mains were then brought out cold, as they had been sitting on the counter waiting for ages. The noodles were over cooked and mushy. The quality of the food was much poorer than usual. Overall a very underwhelming experience.. which as a regular to your restaurants, is a real shame.

   Rosie was a super accommodating and helpful server, kindly allowing us to move to a more suitable table and also was especially helpful supporting me navigating my food allergies. Thanks Rosie!

   Took a long time to order and then even longer to get drinks. We didn’t even receive our whole order but were billed for it. Took 30 mins to get the bill, and even longer to get it sorted - I ended up getting up and going to the bar to talk to someone. Food was good, service terrible. The waiters went out of their way to ignore you and made sure not to make eye contact so they didn’t have to come over (especially the young males).

    Delicious food — as always. Let down somewhat by the service and atmosphere. Not the usual and expected “Pho” standard experienced at other branches e.g. Kingston/Wimbledon/Brighton.
