Prime Cuts. Perfect Pasta. Phil’s Steak House (named after hotel owner Phil Ruffin) offers an eclectic menu sure to please everyone at the table. From prime cuts of meat and mouth-watering seafood to classic Italian specialties, Phil’s Italian Steak House’s daily dinner specials are perfection in every bite. Private dining is also available for parties up to 40 people.

Please note that the dress code is semi-formal wear.

Reservations are available for parties of up to 7 guests. If you are unable to make your reservation online, please contact 702-894-7111. For the safety of our guests and staff, we are limiting dining experiences to 105 minutes. We recommend that parties arrive complete.

    Service was great. Meat quality was very good. I’m disappointed to see a steak on a plate without any kind of side included, especially at the prices.

    The steak was overcooked. The sweet potato was very moist, not baked. The wedge salad was small for $20. Very overpriced!!

    This place was supposed to provide a fine dining experience and fine dining is far from what we received. I get it, we booked a late reservation, but it was still available for us to reserve online and we arrived in Vegas late so we took it. The bartender obviously has a problem with us being there as she was cussing like a sailor to the other bartender the entire time. (And she wasn’t trying to be quiet about it either dropping F-bombs left and right.) It was extremely appalling. We didn’t even finish our food when we decided to leave. The only person in the entire staff that seemed to know how to work in that type of atmosphere was the busser. We will not be going back and I will be advising everyone not to come here.

    Absolutely amazing AGAIN! Had raw oysters, lobster bisque, house salad and filet mignon and it may have been the best meal ever! Servers Eddie and Vicky were excellent!

    I must be a hot food snob. Maybe it’s my husband’s fault. Regardless I got the lobster bisque and it’s was Luke warm. Typically I have some food back but my mother-in-law got the shrimp fettuccine and I didn’t want to delay dinner. Have to hurts I found out her meal was also just lukewarm. Disappointing these days. Not just this restaurant but many others.
