   I ordered Mongolian beef and it was way under-portioned. I told the waitress about this and she was making excuses and finally told me to get it re-made. Instead of actually remaking it, she just gave me the same exact dish back and said they added one or two more pieces of beef. I am not stupid; it was the same plate and the food was now cold. Horrible service. I will never go again.

   It was awful. Our reservation was honored however they seated us 45 minutes late. They claimed their system overbooked the # of reservations. I was not offered any discount in the bill. It was incredibly disappointing. I would have preferred a comp or at the least a heavily discounted break on the bill. In addition to our dinner bill we spent an additional $70 on the bar tab waiting around for our delayed table. All very frustrating particularly on Valentine’s Day which was supposed to be special.

   We always enjoy eating at PF Chang’s. I just wish they had a bigger selection of beer.

   Food was great, came out fast and hot, quicker than expected. Portions big. Service was excellent. Made it a great experience.

    Normally gave a good experience but not today. Had 6:30 reservations but they were so disorganized that it took 50 minutes before we were seated. Our server was great. He took our order & drink came & so did our soup & appetizers. And then had to wait over 30 minutes for our food to come. All together we were there over 2 hours & no discount given or manager even stopping by to apologize for delays.
