   I don’t normally go to chains that I can frequent back home, but the local specials they offer are worth it! Great service, dining outside is so nice, and the food is fantastic.

   The customer service was excellence. The food was salty and luke warm, not up to par on this occassion. We was dissappointed.

   I am normally a big fan of PF Changs and I’ve been to several of their locations. This one was disappointing. Service was awful. We had dinner at 6pm, early in the dinner hour, and they were already out of certain items, including their signature Lettuce Cups. Or at least that’s what our terrible server told us. Once we asked for a manager, the lettuce cups we had ordered suddenly materialized.

   Unfortunately we got off to a bad start. I made reservations on Open Table requesting upstairs outside seating. The day before, I stopped by to confirm. The hostess said the request was not listed and put in my preference. Upon arrival they tried to seat us downstairs. We waited further hostages and when seated I asked for the railing table and they said it was reserved. We sat at the other seat then after about 15 minutes there were still 3 4 top table at the railing available. We asked to steak to the manager. He sat us at the railing and thereafter service was terrible. Won’t be returning.

   Reservation auf 19:00Uhr vereinbart. 18:55Uhr angemeldet, dass wir bereits hier sind. Mitarbeiter gaben uns eine Wartezeit von 5-10min an. Nachdem Laufkunden früher berücksichtigt wurden, kamen wir dann 19:25Uhr zu unserem Tisch. In der App wurde jedoch angegeben, dass wir zur Zwit an den Tisch geführt wurden, was nicht stimmt. Kellner liess dann auch noch auf sich warten. So konnten wir 45min später auch mal etwas Wasser trinken und die Bestellung aufgeben. Essen war top - Service schlecht.

   We love coming to P.F. Chang’s as it’s my kids’ favorite places to celebrate life events. We were doing just that - celebrating a big life event. We’ve been to this location before and have always had super nice seating, this time we were placed all the way in the corner outside and had to deal with people trying to come in via the roped off area into the shopping center. Our server Bella was super off, like she heard but then did something completely different. We never got drink refills, even when we asked. We had to ask for the kids dessert. My husband’s food was cold and he didn’t even touch it and we told her and she said, “oh okay.” She brought to containers and then started taking away all of our food. We were celebrating a big thing and had that in our reservation notice. The hostess stand even commented on it. We love the food, and have had so many good memories here we just kinda feel like the other shoe dropped this night and hope it was a one time fluke.

   One of our favourite places to eat when we come to Hawaii. Great food, great service and we love the location and atmosphere.
