   We stood at the hostess stand for at least 15 mins before someone wandered up. There was a person at the to go area doing orders, who studiously ignored us (and the other people in front of us) and didn’t call the host or anything. Finally they acknowledged our presence and sat the couple in front of us (who were hammered). Then, she came back, we told her we had a reservation and she was completely confused and had to call someone else over- which was odd as the restaurant was 80% empty. Our server was good and nice, but he was pretty much the only highlight of the evening. We likely will not be back as there are a million other options in Nashville that are much better.

   On this visit, I fell into a "no server but one" hole and for 45+ minutes, I sat there with nothing but a glass of water. I had talked to the current hostess at least 3 times during my wait but still no server came to my table. So I asked for the manager. I told him how long I had been there, that no server had even approached me(I got water from the hostess), that all the people eating at that time had come in after me and some had even eaten and already left! Of course he was very apologetic. He said it was absolutely unacceptable that I had waited that long and that he would take care of me himself. He instead, brought a server(Ethan)to the table. Apparently, the manager explained, that due to a breakdown in communication, I was overlooked. The hostess that seated me didn't tell the oncoming hostess that I needed a server when she left and the new hostess didn't tell the incoming server whose area I was in, that I was there. The manager did take half off my bill(which I appreciated)and made sure I was taken care of. Ethan(my server)was excellent. He was apologetic for the lack of service from before and he made up for it with very attentive service, being friendly, patient and responsive to my needs. I ordered Crab Wontons as an appetizer and Singapore Street Noodles as an entree. When I did get my food, it was excellent and I thoroughly enjoyed it. Everything was hot, fresh and delicious. And, I certainly appreciated the discount on my bill. All in all, even tho the first 45+ minutes of my dining experience were less than enjoyable, the rest of it turned into a great time for me. It may not be soon, but I will return to P.F. Chang's to eat again.

   Very low staffed. Those that were there worked hard to get the job done. Seems like upper management problem.

   My companion and I had an enjoyable dinner, but we both agreed that the new menu fell short of expectations. It has probably been around a year since either of us dined at PF Chang's, and not only had menu items changed, but the food we ordered was not as vibrant and flavorful as we remembered, from years of dining at PF Chang's. It probably won't be my last trip there, but I've definitely lost some enthusiasm for this restaurant.

   The restaurant was dirty. The floors were sticky. Tables left with food everywhere. Just a disaster to start a Saturday night.

   The restaurant needs a deep cleaning. Floors are dirty and slick to walk on. Bathrooms were dirty.

   This is the first time I’ve been to PF Changs since covid. The service was really bad. Took forever to get our order taken. We ordered a few drinks and watched them sit at the bar for at least 10 mins before we got them. The food portions seemed to get much smaller but the prices were more. I guess that’s shrinkflation. This used to be one of my favorite spots to eat. But i don’t know if I’ll be back.

   My visit was at 2:30 on a Friday afternoon. The restaurant wasn't busy so around this time is a good time to go if you want to enjoy your lunch in a quiet, relaxing atmosphere and not feel rushed. My server(Ethan)was excellent. He came to check on me several times to make sure everything was ok and to see if I needed anything. He was attentive but not so much I couldn't enjoy my lunch. My appetizer was the Crab Rangoon(6)and they were delicious. They were fried nice and crispy, the filling was perfect and that sweet & sour sauce on the tray was superb. For an entree, I had the Teriyaki Chicken and it was amazing. They now have smaller individual desserts and I got the Chocolate Peanut Butter Cream Pie. Oh boy. It was so good that I sit back and closed my eyes when I took that first bite. Lol. Overall, my lunch was great. The food was hot, fresh and looked very appealing. This was a very good dining experience, one I hope to repeat soon.
