   We had a 7 pm reservation, when we arrive we were told it would be 7:30 because they were sitting others and they don’t cap reservations. We were not called until 7:45. Hostess I ignored me every time I tried to check and see how long it would be. She was very rude! Food was good and our server was great, but the arrival left a bad taste!

   Had a 6:45 PM reservation and was finally seated at 8 pm. Apparently, if you are a walk-in, PF Chang views you the same as a reservation since they were completely booked and continued to take walk ins. The person at the front actually said that she would hold all of the people with reservations beginning at 6:30 so they could seat walk ins that were there for 30 mins or longer. Food was good, but I won't go back since a reservation is meaningless.

   Busy night because of it being Valentines. So I give them some grace. It was noisy. But I always find that the restaurant is always noisy no matter when we go. Food was good but a bit greasy for my taste. But it still tasted good.

   Great experience and we were happy we used open door to find this reservation. Everyone at PF Chang's was really nice and helpful. We would definitely do it again.

    Zack was the BEST server and so very pleasant! The food was incredible and we had the best time. I took my Dad there for Valentine's day and it was his first time ever eating at PF Chang's. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal and will definitely be back. Thank you for a great time!
