   Enjoyed a nice dinner with my daughter. Our server Tessa was outstanding. She was very pleasant and told us about the special cocktail available. My daughter tried it and enjoyed it very much. Our food was tasty and came as ordered. The restaurant was not crowded for a Friday night. We were seated in a booth at my request. Glad we made the visit. I look forward to coming back!

   This restaurant has been a staple for a long time. So, first of all, nice job and thank you for your service for such a long time. Not a lot of restaurant survive this long. Having said that, the food was a bit bland. It could use some flavor. Also, the ambiance needs to be definitely spruced up so that you feel the vibrancy and energy of the surrounding Boston area.

   Horrible. I’ve been to many PFC’s over the years and this location was dismal and the food was “bad Chinese food”. Will never go again

   We get Buddhas feast and garlic green beans every time. I understand that prices have to go up but portions were also smaller and quality was worse. It wasn’t as it usually was.

   Nearly everything is a good choice here! Enjoyed a great dinner again. Side note - the connection between OpenTable & PF Chang's was not working, so they did not have our OpenTable reservation. Fortunately, they were able to seat us right away. Bravo.

   Convenient to Boston Common area hotels. Seated on time of reservation and at a table of our preference. Service was immediate and attentive but not intrusive. Very tasty crab wontons and chicken lettuce wrap as appetizers. Large portions of beef and broccoli and honey walnut shrimp with rice made for wonderful leftovers the next day. Great taste and large portions equals great value!

    We have been coming here for a few years and this visit was by far the worst. 1. Girlfriend gets stuck in revolving glass door because it doesn’t move easily, I had to help get her out. It also happened to the couple behind us as they entered. 2. We waited 10m minutes before someone served us at the hostess desk, there was no one at the counter and no line. When someone did serve us she looked confused as to where to seat us and it literally took another ten minutes to seat us outside, which only had one other couple there, all tables were open. 3. The server then brought our drinks and spilled them all over my girlfriend as they were being served to us. She was covered in soda. 4. I went to the bathroom and the revolving door got stuck again, as it stopped I my head hit the glass door and I almost broke my nose. I still have a mark on my nose and it’s been almost two weeks since this happened. 5. We asked for no onions on our dishes and they had onions.
