The service was horrible for the second time in a row. Waited forever for drinks. Then we waited forever for the main entree after the appetizer. We asked for something twice, and the waitress would forget, and kept passing right by our table. Needless to say, we will not be going back.

Went to P.F. Chang’s while in Asheville Friday night. The food was great, cocktails were very good, and our server Hurley was excellent. He helped me decide which chicken entree to order, and gave insight to the rewards program which I had signed up for a few days earlier. Would definitely recommend going here when in the Asheville area.

One of the more consistent chain restaurants and a go-to in NC where local Chinese restaurants are generally terrible. Our appetizers were hot and fresh. Our chicken and beef entrees were nicely prepared and generous. Fried rice was okay but not authentic; and impossible to eat with chop sticks. Be sure to enjoy the bar, where our evening began with some very interesting cocktails. Our only complaint is this location, while comfortable, appears very tired.

Hurley was a fine server. Gave us insight to current specials vs what our cravings were. Food quality and taste was excellent. Only downside was the noise. We were seated next to a service station and that increased the level even further.

P.F. Chang’s is always great. The flavors vary a bit from location to location, but each one has something uniquely good about it. We always eat at the bar because the bartenders are very good and always fun to talk to.

The service during our latest visit was memorable in a not so good way. This was the Poorest “service” I have had the misfortune of experiencing in all of my dining experiences. The poor service was not an isolated case, as fellow dinners were observed to have the same experience with other waiters & waitresses. I do not recommend this restaurant.

This meal was not up to PF Chang standards. Inconsistent delivery of appetizers and entrees. Not at all flavorful. Most disappointed in the cold and dry pork dumplings. Server knew there were issues and reduced tab, even though she said her manager told her to give us free cheesecake.
