Petite Left Bank is a traditional French café and bistro set in the heart of Marin County, in the charming downtown area of the coastal Tiburon peninsula. Like its sister restaurant Left Bank, Petite Left Bank is named in homage to and inspired by the iconic brasseries of La Rive Gauche, the southern or “left bank” of the River Seine which winds its way through the center of Paris. Petite Left Bank is a modern and approachable setting, and at the heart of all the space has to offer Tiburon is a French café. During the day, handcrafted dishes feature modern flavors and techniques that embrace its French European heritage and elevate the café experience. As the day turns to night, Petite Left Bank transforms into an alluring, lively, and exciting space with bistro highlights that showcase French recipes and classics. Today we came for brunch and without doubt a great decision!! Nice atmosphere in the pretty location .. I like the bistro set up they have going on and the main event; the food , was delicious ! ! Extremely good!! The staff were welcoming as always and our server was top notch !! We have been here twice now and have been very happy on both occasions . There will be a third visit in our future without a doubt !!

I picked petite left bank for my birthday dinner with my boyfriend. When we were offered a table choice, I chose wrong and got stuck too close to another party (of 4). It was too close for comfort. The oysters were great, the bread was not (in a French restaurant, v disappointing). The entrees were spectacular and made up for my disappointments. I had the steak frites and my boyfriend the boeuf bourguignon. We were very happy with our entrees - the best dinner we have had in a v long time!

Really nice place . Staff were friendly in general and our actual server was lovely . We tried a few of the happy hour offerings and all were delicious . The restaurant was a little quiet as we were there at 4pm as we were leaving things were livening up . It was also a Sunday . We really enjoyed ourselves and will certainly go back !!

Petite Left Bank never disappoints. 3 of us had a wonderful time ( two were first-timers) and we enjoyed the food, the beautiful day and gorgeous decor. It was a lovely birthday celebration!

Food was okay. Lobster roll was saturated with butter and the wait staff alerted us that this was a daily special when in fact it's always on the menu. Lastly way too dark, add some candlelight or something at the tables to make it feel warm and welcoming. Waitstaff was very friendly.

Enjoyed the excellent food, but did not like where we were seated, and the restaurant was unable to move us. Ambience was OK but not superb for a high-end restaurant.

Food and atmosphere were great, but our server left a lot to be desired. One of the orders was incorrect so the other 2 guests had to wait for the correct order to be prepared. Our server was very surly and unfriendly which kind of put a damper on our evening.
