I expected more from my experience at Peter Luger. I was surprised at the steak selections. Meat did not arrive hot. Service was reasonable.

The Steak for 3 was enough for 5 or 6. The drinks were stiff and the sides ordered were delicious too. The staff was excellent and it made for a fabulous New Years Eve.

For someone who frequents the original Brooklyn location, I’d say the food quality remains just as excellent, but the service falls short. In Brooklyn, the waitstaff exude old-school charm, engaging in meaningful conversations that make the experience lively and enjoyable. In contrast, the Las Vegas location feels more transactional — efficient but lacking warmth, as if the soul of the place is missing. Despite this, I still highly recommend it for the outstanding steaks.
