Ordered the pork chop lunch special and an extra order of Brussels sprouts. At 1:00 we had to ask our server about our food that had not come out. Both the tables beside us which came in after us were finishing their food. (Both had the same food.) Server brought our food a few minutes later with no apology. A lady came in right before we left and received her pork chop within minutes. A manager never came to check on us or apologize.

Tyler was a great host and took great care to ensure a wlnderful experience. Can’t go wrong with the pork chop but since it was Thursday i tried the smoked caramelized prime rib. Wow!

If you like pork chops definitely order . Felt rushed as salads came when we had our appetizers only a few minutes. Suggested it was too soon and didn’t really have room for salads when we had just got our appetizers but they served them anyway. During salads, a side we had order for our main course came and it just sat on the table and sat there. Waiter didn’t mention or anything so we asked if there was some confusion as the side came and had now been sitting there. He said. “hopefully that means your entrees are coming soon.” No comment like oh let me check or sorry let me take that and have one made to come with entrees. Apparently, he went and told the manager as our daughter saw him leave table and go talk to a “guy” who came over and introduced himself as the manager. He came over and said they would make a fresh one to come out with our entrees. Glad they resolved but seemed strange that the servers are not empowered to just resolve these things without asking manager and getting them involved. I would have found it more normal if the server resolved and then maybe as a nice thing have manager come by and follow up. Just seemed like waiter couldn’t handle on his own without manager approval or involvement. For such a nice upscale restaurant the experience didn’t quite match the price point. It was not like they were slammed either as we had an event to go to so we ate extremely early 4:00 pm.
