Upon entering the restaurant we were warmly greeted by our server but I was surprised that the booking wasn't there. Nevertheless, he seated us and took our orders. There were 2 other tables that were seated after us in a half full restaurant. About 25 minutes in the table next to us got their entrees (one dish was the same as ours) and after 10 minutes we asked the waitress to check on our entrees. After 5 minutes they came back to us and apologised that one of our entrees ran out (they could have told us 40 minutes ago when the order hit the kitchen) and offered us a complimentary substitute entree of our choosing. I chose the octopus dish instead and the dish was very salty (but edible). The mains came out in a timely manner and they were ok. For a 4.5 - 5 star hotel to have a main restaurant like this is in my opinion unacceptable.
