   Food was delicious and drinks were great but the kitchen was slow. Our server was great though. Would return!

   We had a 7 PM reservation and were seated at 7:45 PM. 45 minutes is unacceptable and caused us to miss our plans for later. While the food was great even that took forever. We ended up leaving at 9:45 which is simply too long for a dinner

   They were clearly understaffed. We had to wait a half hour for our table despite having a reservation. Our food arrived an hour late. We were an hour late for our show. Not a good experience.

   LOUD! We had a reservation (with children), but they took too many people during theater rush and couldn't handle the crowd that they let in. It took an hour and 45 minutes to get food after complaining. They did the right thing helping out on the final bill, but with hungry, young children, it was a nightmare.

   Went saturday night before a show , we got there 6.10 and didnot see a waiter for 35 min we all ordered drinks and that took 30 min we ordered dinners and one dinner not come out until we were almost ready to leave . No reason to ever go back

   We arrived on time for our 5:45 reservations and were promptly seated. Our server was very attentive, making suggestions and delivering our cocktails and appetizer promptly. We ordered our entrees (Ravioli and pistachio sole) promptly and noted we had tickets to a 7:30 show. The he server noted he would do his best to get us our meal quickly. However it was all downhill after that. The appetizer, stuffed artichoke, was tasteless and undercooked. Having ordered our entree before 6PM, by 7PM we were still waiting. The server told us the kitchen was backed up and brought us more bread and olives. At that point we notified him we would need to leave if we weren't served by 7:15 , as we had a ten minute walk to the theatre. At 7:10 he returned to tell us the kitchen said we'd have our meals in 7-8 minutes. That never happened. We left the restaurant at 7:30 hungry and had to sit through an entire 3-hour show without dinner. We would not recommend this restaurant.

   We waited 2 hours for food, we never got it. The waiter was good we left without eating. They seemed to be unorganized The table behind was for 5 and they only got 3 meals and other were waiting for dinner, we came home and left over pizza for dinner, very disappointed

    Our reservation was at 5:15. We sat on the patio, right near the opening to the bar. The noise level was deafening. We could not hear each other speak. We did not order appetizers or salads just meals. It took extremely long time for our meals to be delivered. I ordered the pan seared blackened tuna, it was extremely overcooked. My son's Chicken parm was very good - it always is. A friend order Veal piccata and they brought her chicken. The server apologized as did a manager. By the time they brought her replacement, we were just about done with our meals. I barely ate the tuna, however I never complained because we didn't see our server much. We declined dessert. It took a long time to get our check and pay for our meal. it was almost 8:00 when we left. I'm not sure if they were understaffed or just didn't expect the volume of diners on a Saturday night. Over 2 hours in a noisy restaurant was not a very pleasant dining experience.
