   Excellent meal and service. The linguine with clams had just the right spice. The crab pasta dish was amazing.

   The holiday specials were amazing: draconian stuffed with chorizo sausage, pear salad, osso bucco and short ribs. Stuffed!!!!! And Patty, our wait person, was the best. She was the epitome of professional while still making us feel comfortable and well taken care of.

   We went on Christmas Eve after mass. Unfortunately, even though the waitress was really lovely we had problems. My daughter‘s chicken Parmesan. The chicken was gray and we had to send it back. It was almost as if it just hadn’t been recently prepared. The fettuccine was delicious and the bread appetizers were delicious. My son had ordered a pasta dish without meat that meat came on it. The waitress took it back and apparently she was told that it says with meat on the menu so she had to come back and tell us that which put her in an awkward position but what happened was my son had told her no meat and she may not have heard it. So there was some questions to ask of her in the kitchen. I’m sure they were tired. It was Christmas Eve. We waited over 45 minutes for our food to come out. The chicken may have been sitting for a while. I don’t know. The tables were beautiful and it was decorated for Christmas so it was a mixed review.

   We were required to give a credit card to make a reservation for 8:00 PM Christmas Eve. We We got there about 5 minutes prior, they told us it would be another 15 minutes. We went to the bar to wait. I checked about every 5 minutes - we did not get seated until 9:00 PM. Appy's came out pretty quickly but dinner did not come out until almost 10PM. The food was not hot, did not taste good. I have been to Pazzo before and loved it - so I was pretty surprised last night. I live here in Naples, everyone I brought was a guest. Aside from being awful for me personally it was also really embarrassing to bring people there and have such an awful night. I have been an Open Table member for years. I think this is my first bad review. Super disappointing. They did take off $15 from the bill for "Long Wait" which was pre-printed - indicating to me that this is not a one-off event. Sorry to have to give this review - everyone there was hustling - but what the heck. People that had 8:15 reservations were seated 30 minutes before us. Photo was taken at 9:45 PM - still no entree.

   Our waiter Jose A. was charming & attentive. The entire staff was cordial, and even though the restaurant was fully booked with holiday diners, we were never rushed to finish our delicious meals. We sat outdoors, which was delightful. Thanks for a lovely evening. Five stars!

   We had a delicious Christmas Eve dinner outside and everything was great. Our waitress was very friendly and attentive. Our appetizers, entrees, drinks and desserts were all excellent.

    The garlic bread is a must! The homemade pastas are outstanding. Service was wonderful. Can't wait to go back!
