    Paxia una súper opción para degustar deliciosa comida mexicana. El servicio y comida es excelente, sus aguas frescas las mejores y súper originales. Si estás por el centro no te lo pierdas. Recomiendo la ensalada de nopales con pulpo, filete a las brasas, y de postre los buñuelos y natilla de mamey.

    Definitivamente Paxia sigue siendo una gran experiencia en todo, ofrece una gastronomía increíble, sabores mexicanos que dejan huella, con buenas porciones y presentación, el servicio super atento, coctelería y mezcales muy buenos, te explican todo a detalle y te llevan en un recorrido por México de principio a fin, un restaurante muy bonito y con hermosas vistas, gran ambiente. Lo super recomiendo, y no te pierdas sus taquitos de pato, quesadillas Oaxaca , filete paxia o pescado y maíz, los postres deliciosos.

    Una experiencia inolvidable en Paxia. Desde que llegamos, el ambiente en el rooftop del Hotel Umbral nos cautivó con sus vistas espectaculares del Centro Histórico. La comida fue un deleite total: los tacos de la plaza y el tuétano al horno son simplemente espectaculares, una mezcla perfecta de tradición mexicana con un toque innovador. El servicio fue impecable, con un equipo atento y conocedor que hizo que nos sintiéramos especiales. Las aguas frescas complementaron todo a la perfección. Sin duda, Paxia es un lugar para disfrutar lo mejor de la gastronomía mexicana en un entorno único. ¡Volveré pronto!

    Llegué con altas expectativas, confiando en el prestigio del chef Ovadia… pero me fui completamente decepcionado. Desde el principio, todo fue un despropósito. Al pedir la carta de vinos, el mesero nos informó que solo tenían el 3V de Casa Madero y no contaban con carta. Intentamos pedir un Aperol Spritz, pero no había Prosecco. Solicitamos una paloma tradicional y, a pesar de dejarlo claro, trajeron una versión con mezcal. Al pedir el cambio, el mesero se molestó. El menú llegó mal impreso, con letras sobrepuestas, y nos informaron que no tenían el menú de degustación, una de las experiencias principales. Tampoco estaba disponible el Short Rib Braseado con Mole Carretero, uno de los platos insignia del chef. Pedimos las salsas molcajeteadas con queso Tenate. Trajeron una salsa sin preguntar cuál queríamos y tres rebanadas minúsculas de queso por casi $300 MXN (15 USD). Al preguntar al gerente, respondió con desgano: “Ok, si quiere le hago otra”. De los platillos, solo se salvan los tuétanos. El fideo seco estaba aguado, la sopa de frijol sabía solo a hoja de aguacate y la lasaña de chicharrón prensado fue incomible. El colmo… el baño del restaurante estaba fuera de servicio, obligándonos a usar el del hotel, junto a personas bañándose en una regadera. Un restaurante que vive de su fama, pero ofrece una experiencia descuidada, cara y decepcionante. Invitado a no volver jamás.

    Muy buena experiencia. El servicio es de primera y la coctelería muy buen. La comida excelente, sin embargo el fideo seco podría mejorar. Sin duda regresaremos. Ideal para ocasiones especiales.

    A rather curious experience, the ambiance of the restaurant was dark and uninspiring, the service was rushed leaving very little time between courses, plates being taken away from one of us whilst the other person was still eating, they didn’t have any tonic water so you couldn’t have a G&T, there wasn’t a wine list since they were in the process of changing the wine list. So we wouldn’t recommend it!

    Visitar este restaurante en el corazón del Centro Histórico fue una experiencia excepcional. Desde el momento en que entramos, nos recibió un ambiente cálido ylleno de detalles. La comida fue simplemente espectacular. Probamos los tacos de la plaza, lasaña de chicharron, tuétanos al horno,quesadillas Oaxaca Para acompañar, no podían faltar las aguas frescas que estaban deliciosas. El servicio fue impecable, con meseros amables que conocían bien el menú y ofrecieron excelentes recomendaciones. Los precios fueron razonables considerando la calidad y la ubicación privilegiada. En resumen, este lugar es una parada obligada para quienes buscan una experiencia gastronómica mexicana auténtica y memorable. Sin duda, regresaré en mi próxima visita a Paxia . ¡Altamente recomendable !

    It was just dreadful, just about everything about this place was wrong, from the ugly rooftop patio with no charm to the bland table settings to the meh service and food, or the plate presentation was completely unimaginative, and the flavors of the food reflected that. So at least there’s continuity. This was, hands down, the absolute worst meal we had in CDMX over seven days. You can do much, much better elsewhere. What a waste of US$98! This was recommended to us by the Concierge at our five star hotel on the Avenida de la Reforma. Will have to have a chat with them tomorrow. There is absolutely no way this should be on their list of recommended restaurants.
