   I usually love Paul Martin’s however, this experience was underwhelming. Even though it was only three occupied tables, the service was very slow and mediocre. Very low interaction with the waitress, and she seemed distracted. They did change the burger - I believe the pickles and the bun were different so it was a unexpected taste. Definitely wish we went somewhere different for lunch.

   We’ve eaten here a few times before and it’s always a good experience. The food is always on point and the drinks are well made. We will be back as usual.

   I hosted a business dinner here. Food, service and ambiance were all great. It was a bit loud so hearing across the table was difficult but not impossible. Everything else was excellent!

   Food was excellent! Service was good, could’ve been a little more attentive, but they were fairly busy on a Saturday. It’s a really nice place with a casual feel but eats like an expensive steakhouse…

   The food was amazing and our waitress was terrific. She gave us great recommendations. Will definitely return and suggest to friends and family

   good selection of food but poor portion sizes for the money. I was presented with a 3-4 oz piece of fish that was supposed to have several vegetables that came with it and was lacking. cheesecake was delicious. In my opinion, they need to up their value for the pricing—a little dissappointing.

    Very poor Service, with overbooking. Even after reserving 2 weeks prior, you get seated near walkway (pretty sure the tables were put there to accommodate more and more people due to overbooking) Not worth the $$$$ you spend 👎

    Hello. Thanks for reaching out and providing your feedback. Valentine's being the busiest day of the year we did our best to accommodate everyone that made a reservation. We adjusted our floorpan but did not add any additional tables, nor did we take any walk-ins. I apologize you were unhappy with your seating assingment and we would have loved to address it while you were here. We will do our best to be better next time with said opportunities.
