Compared to other restaurants we have eaten in during our stay in Budapest this was not our favourite, felt like a chain type place the service was fine but nothing special the food was reasonable but again nothing amazing we ordered a selection of tapas dishes which were all ok however the prawns hadn’t been deveined which i always find annoying as doesn’t take much effort and improves dining experience. The servers were pleasant and not over attentive and all in all a good experience and not that expensive so if you are looking for an easy dinner with plenty of choice then good option

Tasty food, great service. Mood and atmosphere is a bit away from Mediterrain life and cuisine but still a convenient place to eat some delicious tapas. Much recommended.

I recently visited this so-called "Spanish restaurant" in Budapest, and I can honestly say it was one of the worst dining experiences I've ever had. First of all, the ambiance felt more like a generic tourist and probably locals trap than a traditional Spanish eatery. The music was loud and reggaeton , with no hint of the vibrant Spanish culture that you’d expect from a real Spanish restaurant. The food was a huge letdown. The tapas was bland and tasted like it had been take from cans, not a trace of garlic or fresh seafood. The tapas were even worse — the "patatas bravas" were no bravas and flavorless, and the manchego no tasted like it. guys Gambas al AJILLO… AJILLO its garlic no only chili peppers… should be alegria riojana! The service wasn’t much better. exept the only lady waiter, friendly at least and that is rare in Budapest! Overall, this place is a complete disappointment. If you're looking for genuine Spanish food and atmosphere, look elsewhere. This restaurant is a poor imitation at best, and I won't be returning. It feels more like a money grab than a true celebration of Spanish cuisine. Would not recommend to anyone who wants an authentic spanish food!

Dear Marco, We are very sorry you had a disappointing experience. We are eager to learn from our mistakes, nevertheless we found your review somewhat contradictory. When it comes to the ratings you gave 4.0 to the ambience, yet you were missing the "vibrant Spanish culture." The same with the noise that in the ratings you seemed not to recall, while in the review you mention the loud music that you found inappropriate. As for the food, we offer award-winning Manchego cheese, we are truly astonished that you felt it was disappointing. Our ajillo is definitely packed with garlic, yet the biggest surprise to us is that our waiters did ask for feedback on the food and you did not share your disappointment when we could correct it in somehow. Un cordial saludo, Pata Negra Asador

The food and service were good, and the place was comfortable. Our group liked everything we had. Dimmer lighting might make the atmosphere feel warmer, but overall, I’d recommend it.
