   I cannot recommend Prova enough and the lovely staff who hosted our evening! Sarah was wonderful and so knowledgable about food, wine and product. Was so great to celebrate my partners birthday inside one of Melbournes secrets. Compliments to the chef on what was a sensational 6 courses. Thank you Prova! Tyler

   A wonderful meal seated in the middle of Pacifico Sandro. Delicate and inspired truffle based food, with paired wines by Godot. A stand out evening.

   A very quite and special date night spot. When you don't want to think about anything and just have delightful morsels and fine wines sorted out and continuously brought to you. You don't have to be super fancy, just enjoy the finer things in life.

   Such a unique experience, seated in the deli, enjoying exceptional food. Every course of the six was outstanding, packed with flavour and stunning ingredients. Service was excellent and we felt well taken care of. Highly recommend!

   Outstanding food and wine, highly recommend the wine pairing option, it really enhanced the experience. Service was fantastic, very attentive from the moment we walked in. We were a group of 8 so we got to sit at the chef’s table which was private and that extra little bit special. The fresh pasta (tagliolini) with truffle was incredible.

   Crazy delicious food and wine. The seafood pasta and mushroom buttons were stand-outs and the dessert was incredible. A perfect spot for a special meal.
