   Paseo was a wonderful Valentine’s Day experience. From the live jazz to the exquisite dinner options, we had a memorable evening. Its being attached to the Myriad Hotel and Swim Club added to the feeling that you were on vacation, which I appreciated. We had octopus as a starter, which tasted extraordinary, and short rib and salmon for entrees. Both were plated in visually pleasing manners and tasted even better. For dessert, the cardamom and saffron flan was the perfect choice. The taste was perfectly rich and its complementary ingredients made it a flan that won’t ever be topped in my opinion. Their cocktail and wine selection is amazing, with my favorite being the espresso martini. All in all, a magnificent destination for a great many occasions.

   The food was delicious and the ambiance was perfect. The octopus was an excellent choice as an appetizer but could easily be a meal. We also had the hummus which was amazing. I had the Rigatoni with short rib for dinner and will definitely order it again.

   We were crazy about the salad and the carrots. Carrots we sent back and they were to hard. Salad was just meh. Rigatoni pasta was heavenly. Drinks are affordable.

   We loved our dinner at Paseo! The dishes were decadent and beautifully plated, and the cocktails were phenomenal. Well definitely, as this place has now come into our top restaurants in Louisville.

   Amazing Experience at Paeso – Top Tier! From the moment we arrived, everything about our visit to Paeso was exceptional. We were greeted immediately with no wait, and the greeter welcomed us warmly with a smile. Our server was incredibly kind, efficient, and attentive throughout our meal. As a vegan, I was concerned about limited options, but our server went above and beyond to find a solution. She was knowledgeable and accommodating, and when the menu only offered a salad, the kitchen stepped up and prepared a delicious custom vegan dish just for me. To top it off, they surprised my husband with a dairy-free birthday dessert that was thoughtful and absolutely delightful. His meal was equally amazing, and he couldn’t stop raving about it. The service was seamless, from offering to-go boxes to making sure we had everything we needed. Overall, we left very pleased with the experience. I will absolutely recommend Paeso to others and look forward to visiting again. A true gem!

   I was excited to try this restaurant and planned a date night here. The ambiance is great and the restaurant is beautiful. We ended up not staying for dinner however because the menu on the restaurant website was different than the offerings available at the restaurant. On their website there is multiple vegetarian and vegan food options however when we arrived at the restaurant there was no entrees available for a plant based diet. I was disappointed because I felt like I had did my proper research beforehand but left empty handed. Id recommend calling before dining to ensure there are options available for specialized diets

   5 star experience! Food was delicious, we had hummus brulee, waygu steak, bucatini and carrots. Everything was served hot and perfectly prepared. Ashley is a superstar, she was waiting tables and tending bar and she killed it. Paseo is definitely a top 5 dining choice in the city. I will recommend to others!

    I love Paseo. My second time there and they are 2 for 2 with excellent food and service. Our server, Ashley, was delightful. She started me with a “dealers choice” glas of red wine, and served a gamay that was delicious. The octopus is AMAZING! The hummus is savory. The atmosphere is open and up-scale casual, with an open kitchen. The service is excellent- friendly, personal, efficient, but not rushed. Paseo is quickly becoming a favorite and go-to on my list!
