    A fantastic restaurant. It's only four tables that are outdoors but it was easy to make a reservation. The food was creative and excellent. The staff carefully explains each dish which is great. You learn a lot about various local ingredients and some very interesting cooking techniques, including traditional Mexican ones. Culture and food combine in a great way. The soundtrack is also personally compiled by the chef and is one of the best I've heard at a restaurant. It will definitely be on my list of Mexico city restaurants to return to.

    Pargot was excellent, a true hidden gem in Mexico City. The food is thoughtful, clever, and delicious. And while it is modern and playful it’s not pretentious or fussy. The sweet chile dessert is among the best desserts I’ve had, in any restaurant, anywhere.

    Delicious and inventive. Much care is given to the ingredients sourcing, selection and preparation of each dish from this tiny but mighty kitchen. Glad for their success in moving soon across the street to a bigger space.

    Excelente comida. He ido dos veces con más personas y a todos nos ha encantado. La presentación es espectacular y los sabores están muy cuidados. Su única "debilidad" (lo pongo entre comillas) es que el lugar es muy pequeño. Muy recomendable.

    Wow, Pargot was OUTSTANDING!! We had a 6 course tasting menu and were blown away. Such amazing taste & flavor. Service was awesome and we had a great meal. I'm shocked so much amazing food is possible from the small kitchen. Exception on all levels. I had messaged the restaurant about an allergy 10 days in advance and they hadn't responded. This meant one of our party wasn't able to enjoy the full experience. However, the restaurant did what they could in the moment, and they also own the taco shop next door with the best tacos ever. I'd highly recommend and would go out of my way to experience this again!

    We showed up on time for our reservation but were simply told in a rude way by the host that there had been an “error in the system” and that there was no space available for us. In reality it was evident the host didn’t know how to operate OpenTable or had seated a large group instead of honoring our reservation. Rude and dismissive explanation. Won’t return
