    Humble spot sitting on the street without proper bathroom facilities, but lovely service and very good food. It's always adventurous for a restaurant to showcase wines from the Road Less Traveled, but all in all it was a very nice stop in a wonderful neighbourhood. If you're eating there, don't pass up walking by the nearby "Casa Prunes", truly an architectural gem. .

    Our meal at Pargot was exceptional. It was apparent that every dish is created with intention and passion, not to mention all were beautifully plated as well. 10/10 recommend.

    Sumptuous food with creative presentation. Chef Ayala was welcoming and we are excited to visit the new home of Pargot right across the street. Well deserving of the the Bib Gourmand Michelin Guide. Will not be surprised if they get a star soon.

    Amazing food and experience! Met Chef Alexis and he was gracious and welcoming. Our server Pablo was attentive and extremely knowledgeable. Just go! Skip Pugol and Rosetta and go here. Went to all 3 and this food was most innovative.

    Excelente experiencia. Seguimos la recomendación de escoger 4 platos al centro para compartirlo con mi esposa. El nombre de los platillos en el menú no le gane justicia a la mezcla de sabores y texturas. Ante la duda preguntarle al mesero .

    A fantastic restaurant. It's only four tables that are outdoors but it was easy to make a reservation. The food was creative and excellent. The staff carefully explains each dish which is great. You learn a lot about various local ingredients and some very interesting cooking techniques, including traditional Mexican ones. Culture and food combine in a great way. The soundtrack is also personally compiled by the chef and is one of the best I've heard at a restaurant. It will definitely be on my list of Mexico city restaurants to return to.

    Pargot was excellent, a true hidden gem in Mexico City. The food is thoughtful, clever, and delicious. And while it is modern and playful it’s not pretentious or fussy. The sweet chile dessert is among the best desserts I’ve had, in any restaurant, anywhere.
