   Definitely recommend and will go back to enjoy Parea Greed Taverna again. The food and service, as well as the special drinks (alcoholic and non-alcoholic) great. The Greek Old Fashioned with walnut bitters and honey instead of sugar has changed the way I think about Old Fashioned's. Despite being very busy, the service was very good. Attentive, helpful and made the whole experience that much better. The only reason for not rating the food as "excellent" was because the Yemista, peppers stuffed with beef and lamb, were too "soupy", which may be how they are supposed to be, but she was somewhat disappointed. However, she definitely wants to return. Tried the triple hummus plate and all three types of hummus were very good also. Very glad we found another restaurant we will go back to enjoy more than once.

   This was our first time at Parea and it definitely won’t be our last! We’ve been to their sister restaurant Bosphorous many, many times and now we will be frequenting Parea as well. We were pleasantly surprised by the delicious appetizers and entrees, plus the price point was great and very reasonable for the incredible meal we had. You have to check out this new Maitland gem!

   We enjoyed our time at Parea. The entrees were very good. The desserts, however, were not as good as the last time we had them. We will definintely return.

   First visit - the menu is great, loved the Bougatsa! Pricing is a bit high though. Will return 🙂

   Our server was fantastic and the food simply amazing. Unfortunately I did not get our servers name but she was from Italy and we had the best time with her.

   The food and service was fantastic! Great selection of drinks as well. Our server found the beer that we had enjoyed in Athens (we showed her a picture of the bottle, in Greek)! It is an open dining room with some smaller areas that are partially blocked from sound. We dined later, after 8:30 on a weekday so the noise level was low, but I suspect that during peak hours it may get very “energetic”. The food was fresh and the portions plentiful.

    This was a good first experience for us. Good cocktails. Highly recommend the cold meze collection-everything on it delicious and could make a meal for 1-2 folks. Lamb was a little beyond medium but the very nice sear on it more than made up for it. Pork was perfectly done with delicious potatoes that were also served with the lamb. Chicken souvlaki delicious but with different potatoes that were less desirable. Shrimp Mykonos served with deliciously seasoned orzo. Unfortunately shrimp way overcooked to the point of rubber. I didn’t make an issue of it because didn’t want to upset our delicious dinner with friends. Dessert Loukoumades good but needs more sweetness. Ask for powdered sugar which they have but don’t serve with this dessert. With that added, as delicious as a New Orleans beignet. Great service and very friendly staff all around. We’ll certainly try it again.
