   I reserved the live music table, I got a corner table/booth next the exit door. It was very noisy for a Sunday evening. Other than that, the food was excellent.

   Pappa’s is a beautiful place one of our favorite the look, feel and live music create a great atmosphere on a date night. Food prices are reasonable but do expect to spend. This time around our service was not great waitress was not attentive playing in the kitchen and ignoring our table. Typically after food is served the waitress should come check if everything came out ok but she didn’t and my wife waited 20mins to get one of the sauces she requested initially. Nonetheless we will be back 1 bad out of 4 visits doesn’t warrant us not returning….

   Very unprofessional experience. We were rushed as soon as the server came to our table. It took her twenty minutes to even come to our table to give us water and they limit your sitting time to 90 minutes. They insist you order appetizers and main course immediately. Then they don’t serve coffee because they do not want you staying longer at the table. Yes! We were told to go across the street and that we had only 10 minutes left of table time. That’s what we were told. Also the bar tender needs to take customer service lessons and learn to engage and smile with customers. He made us feel like we were inconveniencing him and yes we were spending money. We were there to enjoy the restaurant and left disappointed. Never again!

   I had a 12:30 reservation. We were seated at 12:37. At 1 pm no one hadn’t come to the table to offer us water. We had to ask for a server. Once we ordered the food and drink were fantastic. The band was great. The value of the meal was great. I loved the vibe in the restaurant.

   Our server Sofia was outstanding. Everyone was very attentive and made sure that we enjoyed our dining experience. The food was delicious and the live music added to the ambiance.

   Keyword.. Perfect!! I made reservations through Open Table for a Saturday night. Soon as we arrived we were seated promptly! The Ambiance & Lighting was Perfect! There was Live music being performed, which was Top Tier! The pitcher of Sangria we ordered was Perfect! The food was Perfect! The Service.. Yup! You guessed it, Perfect! They even had a photographer take a few pictures of our party, and if we liked them we were able to purchase them already framed and they were also emailed to us! We purchased 2 photos! Do you know why? Because they were PERFECT! Thanks for a Perfect Time Pri & Pappa Gallo!

    Food was delicious. Our server was sweet and attentive. The owner came around to say hello. Live music was fantastic. We had a great experience overall.
