   I took my two teenage grandchildren, and all of our food was excellent. The acoustics are loud need more soundproofing and the music was loud above all the loud talking but other than that, it was great. We will definitely visit again when they open the outside area.

   I was excited to try Panache and left incredibly disappointed. It started with them having to move us because I killed a bug crawling on our table just after seating. Once we were settled, the appetizer course was fine but our server was inattentive. Our mains came out and the chicken was rubbery while the pasta sauce was very watery. Lastly there is quite literally one bathroom with a single toilet for the entire restaurant. It’s been a very long time since a restaurant was a flat out terrible experience but that’s what Panache was. We could hear the couple across from us complaining as well. So disappointing.

   Thank you for your feedback. We take cleanliness and guest experience very seriously and our team maintains high standards to ensure a comfortable dining environment. While we did not find any issues upon inspection, we truly regret if anything disrupted your visit. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and hope to welcome you back for a great experience. You will also find that there are full bathrooms for both men and women located just to the left of the main dining room. The single bathroom at our lower bar is for handicap guests that are unable to get up the 2 steps to the main dining area.

   Peter was funny and knowledgeable. The food was great, and I loved that my party was greeted when we entered the restaurant. Great service and vibe!

    The meatball starter was not warm when it got to the table. But waitress wasn’t area to address it. My husband enjoyed his wedge salad. Bread didn’t arrive until after the starters came out and we had to ask for it. Ordered a side of vegetable since the menu doesn’t tell you that it comes with vegetables—nope the entrees have veggies. So the side was a waste of money. Our waitress barely checked in on us—would have liked a refill in my drink. The chicken in the chicken Marsala was cooked very tender—not dry. Overall the chicken Marsala was good. Wait time for the food was good.
