   We went to Pampas to celebrate a birthday dinner and it did not disappoint. The food was amazing and service was second to none! We will definitely be back.

   I had the lamb chops and they were very good, the mashed potatoes were creamy and tasteful, we went for our anniversary and really enjoyed the service, and to top it off we received a coconut cake for our anniversary.

   This was my 3rd visit with my family for a great steak dinner. The food is good but the service level dropped for me. My steak was overdone and they tried to convince me that it was not. I ordered medium and it was well down with a tiny area at medium well. I am a steak connoisseur, my husband and I only visit the best steak places every where we go. The way they handled the situation was insult after insult. They walked away with my steak then came back a little later with a steak telling me that this is a medium temperature. Then I decided I no longer wanted them to prepare another steak. But it was too late because they already started cooking it. The new steak was cooked perfect but they did not offer to bring me new accompaniment so my mash potatoes were cold. By then my entire party was done eating and my stomach was unsettled. I was very disappointed because I spoke so highly of your food and service.

   This was a return to Pampas, which is our favorite steakhouse in this area. The empanada appetizers were great as always, and the steaks are always excellent. The basil corn side is always a crowd-pleaser as well. Although our server seemed to be a bit less attentive on this visit than we have come to expect from this establishment (but still okay), the food, drinks, and overall ambiance were consistent as always. The next time we are in the mood for a great steak, we will return to Pampas.

   Ordered bone in ribeye medium Steak served was raw in the middle..Had to send back .. Waited 20 minutes to be re served and steak was cooked properly as requested. Disappointed for sure since I would have hoped somebody was paying attention to what needed to take place .
