   The food was way over cooked and not worth the money we paid. We were there on Thanksgiving so I can understand the crazy wait time and things being bare at the salad bar. But it was not worth it at all

   Experience was not a good one. We went for thanksgiving, had reservations and had to wait 40 min. To get seated. After we got seated we had to wait another 20 min. To get a piece of meat and they didn’t come with any others until an hour after. I had to complain and ask for turkey other wise we wouldn’t even have gotten that. Paid so much money for nothing!!!

   We made reservations for 615p. We finally got sat at 645p. The buffet, salad bar was small and was lacking food. Bread took 15 minutes to put out. We never had all meat delivered our table. The beef was chewy and tough. Chicken was dried out. Meats wrapped in bacon. The whole vibe was Golden Coral. Cheap ambiance, and way overpriced. Worse Thanks Giving evening out.i should have stayed home and cooked.

   We were there on Thanksgiving 4:14pm. The turkey dinner with all the sides along with the 16 meats to table service and salad bar got us. It was all delicious with one complaint. We were sat at front of restaurant and turkey dinner sides were by salad bar in back. There was no way to time your plate with potatoes, gravy, dressing etc for when turkey arrived to your table. This would only be a problem on holiday menu. After 20 minutes we finally had to ask for turkey to come around and within several minutes two servers arrived with turkey and it was hot , roasted/seasoned perfect and delicious. Luckily I had my plate with sides ready to go only waiting 2-3 minutes. We would go back and recommend Pampas. Servers and meat tenders were friendly and attentive.

   Check in experience was bad. They had my reservation messed up. Tip: don't change the reservation. Nothing gets updated. (Even with confirmation over the phone.) Waited close to 30 min for no reason. Couple of "Gauchos" were rude but the rest were wonderful including the waiter. Food was great.

    All the meats were old ,dry and over cooked nothing tasted fresh all the sides from the buffet line were also old and dry probably reheated from the day before waitress never gave me a refill on my water or sangria took forever to bring the check place was empty that should of been the first warning sign 1/10 I do not recommend
