   We used the coupon we received from our hotel for dinner, but then were charged full price. Our waiter corrected it, but then charged for non alcoholic drinks when we were told those were included. Our waiter Alex was great but seemed perturbed when we asked him to correct the bill and we still left him 20% of the original bill. The salad bar was decent, but I was disappointed that the tri tip was tough and chewy as was the lamb. The chicken was mushy as well.

   Overall it was ok-none of the beef offerings were seasoned at all! But the food was plentiful and hot when it came out. Salad bar is disappointing. Bartender was rude and clueless as to what liquors she had and then took almost 15 minutes to get our drinks. It was an ok experience would probably not go back

   Pampas seems to be the Olive Garden of Brazilian steak spots. If you’re paying full price, it’s not worth it, and if you get it for cheap or free, it also wasn’t really worth it. The salad bar wasn’t great. Got a moldy tomato on my tomato mozzarella skewer, not very good salad dressings, and the meats were also not very good. I’m a little more particular when it comes to beef and if it tastes off I really have no desire to consume more than the initial taster bite. So I ended up not eating much of the meats or salad bar. We also asked for water for our beverage and without letting us know or presenting an unopened bottle, they brought us a large bottled water. I mentioned we were fine with house and didn’t realize that they were bringing bottled and didn’t really need the bottled. They were kind enough to not charge for the water which was appreciated. The servers were friendly but the atmosphere was just not that nice. I will say, I’ve been to Fogo de Chao and Texas de Brazil, so when comparing to those this one really just doesn’t hold up. We did leave a nice tip for the staff. With our free meal we just had to pay tax and 18% grat but we bumped it substantially. Also note, planet Hollywood does not offer locals 3 he parking, so add another $15 to the bill for that (no validation from restaurants).

   We bought the Groupon for rodizio lunch for 4. When we came, we were told that drinks and desserts were not covered. So we ordered water, but they brought a water bottle for the table and charged $6.99. Then there were only 4 types of meats: 3 types of beef, 2 sirloins and 1 picanha, chicken, pork, and sausages. The meat cut was not the best. There were long periods of waiting before the next meat offered.

   Our table took another 30 minutes before it was ready. There appeared to be no sense of urgency to get tables cleaned for new customers. We sat in a space with 3 dirty tables which made our experience unpleasant. Apparently a customer left without paying, but I could see how very long waits of the server coming to your table would cause someone to leave spontaneously from frustration. The seduce needs ALOT of improvement. There appears to be none or inefficient systems. Also couldn't identify anyone in charge.

   Overall, the experience was good. However, we would have loved to see more variety in meats (such as lamb and seafood) and in the buffet selection. Additionally, it would help to have more staff ensuring the buffet food is replenished, as both times I went back for more food, the trays were empty. More waitstaff would also improve the experience, as our waiter was nowhere to be found.

   We visited on Christmas Day, and the food was good, but the variety on the hot bar was very limited compared to other Brazilian restaurants I have been to. That said, the food that was on the hot bar was tasty, and even though our card was turned to the red (stop) side, the meat was offered so frequently that we couldn't keep up, Overall it was a great meal with good service. I would go back again.

    We made our reservation and triple checked I could use my voucher to surprise my mom with a xmas meal. I showed up and there is a Handwritten notice saying no vouchers accepted. Clearly there were several groups before (and after) that also experienced this deceitful voucher to where they felt the need to write it out “again”. We tried talking to the manager, she said I could contact Groupon and I stated it’s easier if the merchant requests the refund. She rolled her eyes and states “I’ve never heard of that but okay..” meanwhile the host and other staff are profusely trying to make up for her poor service and the fact that this is a very embarrassing situation to be in when you’ve revolved all day around a promised “deal”? Yikes.
