   I did a reservation through open table. We take an Uber to the place only to be met with a dismissive hostess that said oh I don’t see it go check up stairs. We did check upstairs and they didn’t have the reservation either but told us we can wait a little while to be seated and tables start at $500. What?! I pull up the reservation and then she says oh yes that looks like it’s for downstairs. I go back downstairs and show the hostess. She flops through her tablet and says not it’s not here. This ruined my night. We had to call an Uber and find somewhere else. And this place better not charge my card that they made me put on file for a reservation they ‘never received’! Poor service will not be back. A waste.

   Wonderful experience at Palo Santo. Very friendly staff and service, food and drinks were great with an incredible and intimate ambiance for dinner with dimmed lights and music. Recommend for any special dinner occasion when visiting Atlanta.

   It’s a gorgeous venue, with delicious unique food and wonderful service. We will definitely be going back. Btw, our server Maria was amazing, even though it was her first day 👏👏👏

   I had high hopes for my evening at Paola Santos, but unfortunately, it started on the wrong foot. Despite making a reservation in advance, it was never received, and I wasn’t seated at a table as planned. After inviting guests to dinner, we were left with no option but to sit at the bar, which was both disappointing and frustrating. That said, the saving grace of the evening was the food and the excellent service from the bar staff. They were attentive, friendly, and did their best to make up for the situation. However, I expected much more from a restaurant of this caliber in terms of organization and hospitality. It was unfortunate that such a basic aspect of the dining experience—honoring a reservation—was mishandled. I hope this is an isolated incident, but it definitely left a lasting impression on my visit.

   After reading the menu before I arrived I was like uhmmm. But to my surprise the food was delicious and the vibes was lovely. Will definitely go back.

   1 and done. Watch you check they add a lot of tip for a party if 4 and if you split the check they add 20% again.

   The rooftop bar has one of the best views of the city and is a terrific place to sit in its own right. We really enjoyed our dinner, the rolls and the gear were fantastic. We will definitely be back.

   It’s importable to reserve to rooftop table which is what me and my friend flew down here to experience. It was full due to a private event overlap. They allow their friends to be added in randomly leaving those that were unable to book the rooftop table to wait more than an hour to get into the upstairs part just to even order a drink, drink it and leave. Not cool. Also, it was very crowded. We were packed up there like sardines. In the event that you do secure a rooftop table, you only have it for 1.5 hours and then you have to give it up or pay for bottle service. Bottle service starts at $1k

   This is an interesting restaurant that is worthwhile for special occasions. My food choices were very good: roasted cauliflower with a Miso sauce, freshly grilled Branzino with a simple but deliciously fresh salad garnered with agave, and a wonderful panna cotta. You need to like it dark and enjoy an industrial setting (former warehouse?).

    If you are looking for a place that focuses on ambience and presentation of the food/drinks with a nice smile then this is the restaurant for you. If you are looking for food that is properly seasoned with no stale chips, drinks that arrive within 10 mins and actually taste like the description then unfortunately you will need to look elsewhere. I was really looking forward to a wonderful experience and it was a flop with >$200 bill to boot.
