Excellent afternoon tea experience. Beautiful room, great service, the food presented beautifully and was delicious. Table was a bit small for the food trays. Tea comes with bubbly which to me is unnecessary but good deal overall. We will definitely go again.

Understaffed and do not pay attention to detail. A friend and I came here for one drink and ended up waiting over 30 minutes only for a glass of water. We finally found someone to order a drink, but once our order came out, it was wrong. Not to mention the restroom was so dirty and overall the entire place was un organized in every aspect. I hate writing negative reviews, but I think this experience deserved to be commented on.

Ate here for new years eve. Everything was bad. The service was very slow. Food was under-cooked. We paid >$200 for a couple pasta dishes. We will never return.

They charge higher than the menu. The bill which was charged was higher than menu. I have pictures of the menu and the bill as proof. Please see pictures. I dine out 3-4 times weekly. This is very dishonest as a restaurant. Customer service was terrible as well. We waited for half an hour, no one came to ask us even for drinks. When we asked for water, waited for another 15+ mins. We ended up just had a very rush lunch when food arrived since we had to go to next event. Will NEVER come back. Do NOT recommend.
