Very disappointed in menu selection. Entres were fair at best. The Risotto was tasteless and the Shepherds Pie was smaller than anything I’ve ever seen. For the price I really expected a lot more.

The service and the historical aspect of the restaurant was amazing! However, the food was overpriced for what it was. They need to cut 20.00-25.00 off each entree price and I think they would have higher ratings overall.

A good overall experience however we all preferred Guard and Grace for greater menu variety and overall quality for similar value

The service is amazing. Caesar’s salad, the best. I have the 79$ New York Strip, a 5 out of 10 at best. Too much sauce, bad cut of meat. Portion sizes, small.

In this 'luxury' restaurant, the service was poor, prices much too high, portions too small and food too basic ! We are used to go to Michelin Star restaurants in Europe and expected the same experience in this case (for the same price) , but were very disappointed ! Time to find a new chef.

Sadly this gem is only open for dinner - Th - Sat, it may be old but it’s not tired. The culinary techniques are modern such as the dehydrated pearl mushrooms - so tender and juicy or table side Caesar -prepared with pride, and topped with house baked croutons. Food was well executed. Service was attentive but not rushed. The English Pea Pepe Bites are a cheese filled bite of bliss. This gem of a formal dining room is a culinary institution.

We attended the Beatles themed dinner. I wonder how many times the Beatles ate barbecued chicken that the menu showed as chicken roulade? The hummus plate decoration on the salad was really awful. Again, the strawberry vinaigrette was good but not what I expected as the strawberry portion of a Beatles themed meal. Also, in what universe is an amuse bouche considered a course? The diners put more thought into their costumes for dinner than the Palace Arms did in the whole event. What could have been a very fun evening was just slap dash and not that great.

We came here to order the one vegan collection option. The entree is the only vegan option without any modifications. It's seasonal and changes. Ours was diced turnip in a gravy-like sauce with some additional vegetables. It was very good however it was not filling, If I were to guess I would say the dinner maybe had 300-400 calories total? Since it was the only option I was not inspired to spend more money here - maybe like a vegan grilled bread with olive oil as a starter or a plant based gelato would have been great. It's unfortunate that the experience for a vegan patron here is lesser than the expected experience. We were served Japanese milk bread which we asked the server to take away due to containing milk, and the server attempted to get us to purchase a salad which had an aioli in it and we decided against it. Apparently for birthdays they usually bring out a milk chocolate covered something or other as well - so instead we were told about it but nothing was brought out. Overall it was a decent experience and I would consider returning at a different month to see what changes. This was a brand new menu as of last month and I'm sure they are ironing out the details!

Excellent food and service. Very hot hostess. Only complaint is the dining room decor is dated and the carpet is filthy and needs replacement. Nice dining experience but for the decor and carpet

The Palace Arms in the Brown Palace Hotel is a delightful place for dinner. The food is delicious and beautifully presented and the dining staff is charming and attentive. The room itself is so wonderful to experience. The hotel is such a special place and it is a particularly elegant landmark of Denver.
