   Ordered the Cod fish with kale salad. I felt that the price of the dish was not justified. The dish value would have been better if you had a choice of a side order of pasta or vegetables along with the salad. The fish was cooked well and had great flavor, but it was lukewarm, which took away from the overall enjoyment of the dish. The salad portion was quite large, but it lacked flavor, which made it less satisfying. A smaller, more balanced salad with a more pronounced dressing could enhance the meal.

   Unfortunately we were very disappointed by our experience at Pacini. It started with arriving for our reservation and being told that we would have to wait 15mins to be seated at our table (this turned into 25mins), we sat at the bar in the meantime to again wait 10mins to even be acknowledged. We finally got seated at our table and ordered, but when we went to go try the bread bar there were no plates. When asking a staff member who seemed to be tidying the bread bar area if we could get a plate, we got told we could use the one plate that was sitting on the counter that was obviously already used. The food was good, one meal did unfortunately come out lukewarm but it was at the point where we didn’t feel it was worth even mentioning. Everyone we interacted with besides our waitress seemed disgruntled and as though they didn’t want to be there. It could’ve been an off night, but the experience was less than delightful and we were antsy to get out of there.

   Restaurant seemed understaffed. Food took an hour to come out, and came out at separate times. My wife's meal never came out until I summoned a manager to complain. Dining experience was night and day compared to my prior visit last year. When we come up from Ohio, we like to come to Pacino, but this experience will make us think twice.

   Our server was amazing. Christine was sweet, funny and personable. Food was so good and thank goodness we only made one trip to the bread bar because we couldn’t even finish our mains. Noise was only controlled by the extraneous factor we were sat beside a table with a few crazy younger kids. Definitely want to come back.

   Food was good, service was a little slow, but it was busy. Only issue was they had run out of some items on the menu and wine selection. Bread bar was great and we kept going back.

   We were looking forward to a wonderful dinner for our 14th wedding anniversary and instead we got poor service and value. This place is not worth your time. The food was extremely over priced, the way they served the food was poorly thought out and inconsistent with the ambience of the place. They were under staffed and every time the waitress came to the table she was apologizing for drinks not being ready, or food taking too long. The bread bar is nothing special and the selection is 4 kinds of bread and butter. We got one drink and wasn't asked for more of anything. When my husband got his cappuccino with dessert he burnt his tongue it was blistering hot. We left feeling very underwhelmed and will not go back again. #disappointed

   Overall a disappointing evening. I have eaten there before and it was fine but last night was not so good. Only one server. She got tied up on the telephone at the bar and we had to wait a long time for a simple gin and tonic. My friend got the wrong food order and server took it to kitchen, put Alfredo sauce on it and hoped that made it better. Another taller woman was wandering around smiling at everyone but not helpful at all. Had to flag down server for bill. Had to remind her of our 20% senior discount. Overall, not impressed and not likely to return. Replace smiley woman with someone who can actually assist the lone server/bartender.
