Oyster Shack Minato is a seafood restaurant that specializes in various takes on the classic oyster. The interior of the restaurant is decorated like a refined version of a fish market. There are fishing nets and other nautical gear all over the walls as decoration. Oyster Shack Minato features a large chalkboard on one of the walls to alert diners of any specialties the kitchen might be serving that day, due to some new ingredients coming in. Oyster Shack serves much more than just oysters, as guests will be able to find clam, shrimp, lobster, scallops, corn, fries and sausage.

新鮮な殻付きの牡蠣を焼いてその場で食べれる贅沢さ＆食べ放題！しかも飲み物を持ち込みできるので自分の好きな飲料を持って行って、用意してくれているバケツの氷水につければ冷たくおいしく飲めるし最高です♪

It was really cool to grill oysters, squid and clams. The clams were huge! We rarely see such size in Canada. The atmosphere is very casual. A great place to have a beer and some seafood with friends. The service was very good. We had English menus and the servers taught us how to grill oysters.

リーズナブルにカキをお腹一杯食べられます。基本的にセルフサービスで、カキを取ってきてテーブルのコンロで焼くスタイル。1個焼くのに10分かかるので、食べ放題といってもガツガツ食べる感はありません（笑　夜の1回転目は大概満席なのでオープンテーブルでの予約は必須。スタッフもてんぱっているので、サービス的な事は期待できませんが、空いてきたら安定してきますｗ　20時以降の2回転目の時間がおすすめ。カキは時期や産地にもよりますが比較的大ぶりの岩ガキで食べごたえありますよ。

牡蠣好きにはたまらないお店です。焼き牡蠣が食べ放題で、牡蠣フライも付いています。その他に、握り寿司や焼きおにぎり等、美味しい料理が楽しめます。お酒も600円支払えば、持ち込み可能で、好きな酒を持ち込み、焼き牡蠣をお腹一杯食べて、満足のいくお店です。また、いろんな仲間たちと伺います。

新橋の有名店の系列。新橋はいつも満席なので、穴場的な感じ。ガッツリとカキを食べたい時に適している。

ランチだけど…、焼きかき食べ放題にしました。以前、友達と一緒に夜の焼きかき食べ放題に来たのです。またどうしても食べたい！！と思いましたが…家族は行ってくれず。近所の子供を誘ってやって来ました。まず、一点は…近所の子供を連れでも来たかった！！という所。そして、店内なので…寒くない。今度は、近所の子供の親と一緒に行きます。因みに私のオススメは、蒸しかきです。

大ぶりの岩牡蠣を焼きまくって食べまくるお店。ぷりぷりで美味しいです。煙が出ますし、殻の破片がボロボロ散らばりますし、手を使って食べたりで色々汚れますが、気取った店じゃないのでOK！　せかっくの新鮮な牡蛎だから焼き加減を決めるタイマー係はしっかりしてくださいね。スタッフも社員と思われる男性はともかく、かいがいしくお世話してくれる女性アルバイト？の方々は明るくて親切なので初めてでも安心です。
