We are a contemporary, casual dining steakhouse restaurant beloved worldwide. Currently with 6 restaurants in NSW and 2 in Queensland, we are located on the Penrith Panthers complex. We pride ourselves on serving up variety: our unbeatable steak cuts are complemented by delicious choices of chicken, ribs, seafood and pasta at a price for everyone.

Our strategy? We're the leader of the pack by emphasizing consistently high quality delicious food delivered in a warm, welcoming environment.

    Our server was nice, and we've been here before and had an amazing experience, however today didn't live up to expectations. Our food came out and it was very underwhelming, I got the cheesy fries, and these cheese was hard and the chips were cold. We also got the mac and cheese and it had no flavour, and was also cold. Just a bit of a let down.

    We always choose Outback Steakhouse first as we know what will be on the menu. We enjoy the reliability and like that the menu does not change that much. Having said that, we would have ordered the rack of lamb if it was available. As for the decibels of the background music, it was way too loud at first but glad it was toned down later so we could hear each other talk!

You're absolutely right—if an email offer doesn’t clearly state the need to present it at the time of booking, it can cause unnecessary tension and distraction during your meal. That’s not the kind of experience we want for any of our guests, especially those like yourselves who are already on our mailing list and have dined with us before.

    Made a booking at 7:30 and forced to sit outside for 20 minutes in 35 degree heat so left. No point making a booking if you have to wait 20 minutes outside.

    Well we had a booking time which we were 7mins late for and still had to wait another 5 - 15min; then were seated but weren't assigned a waiter. Felt service was extremely slow ; weren't checked on to see if we needed a to up for our drinks or if we were satisfied with the meal. In short felt that we were seated and basically forgotten about ; we actually had to flag down a staff member just to ask for water.

    Our reservation was for 7.15pm. We were seated around 7.30pm. We knew exactly what we were going to order and didn’t get served until 8pm. Drinks came within minutes and our 1 appetiser which was wings came within a reasonable time but no plates for us and waitress wasn’t around so we lay our napkins on the table and ate the wings, not long after we got the caesar salads which were the sides to our mains and all you can taste was garlic (I love garlic) but you literally couldn’t taste anything else, no dressing flavour whatsoever, just garlic. The bowl of the appetiser along with a mountain of serviettes were still on our table when the waitress came over to take more drink orders. We got our mains around 9.15pm (whilst watching the customer’s that came in after us eating their meals). One of the meals we ordered was a shared sirloin with the signature jus, I believe they completely forgot about the jus, and we hadn’t ordered any sauce so it was a bland tasting steak. Also no plates. We got them after asking twice. NEVER AGAIN!!

    We have eaten here many times. We ordered the tomahawk steak and razor back ribs as our main after entrees. The steak came out cold. It took 1/2 hour of been seated before me waving down a wait staff to order a drink. It took 1.5 hours to receive our main meals. I understand Saturday nights are bust but with a bill over $300 service could be improved upon. Definitely a little disappointed this time round.

    If you order entree first and still decide on mains it’s very hard to get your mains taken after that, the same with drinks you order a drink and it’s very hard to get someone to order another when you have finished. Food was pretty average for the price of it, warm not hot. We went a few months and it was the same thing, figured we would give it another go and it was the same quality.
