   Service was slow. One steak was cooked wrong and by the time it was returned and corrected everyone else had finished eating. Halibut was dry. Just overall way below expectations.

   In our first visit to OTH Chophouse, we were very impressed with the presentation, ambience, and preparation of our meal. We both had a signature cocktail. My Smokehouse cocktail had a natural smokiness without being overpowered my the sweet maple - a well executed balance. My entree was the Mahi, which was delicious. I also choose the brussel sprouts, grilled to perfection with yellow raisins within, providing a yummy contrast. All in all, a wonderful experience. We will be back.

   Amazing steaks! Best we have ever had in Virginia. Wonderful relaxing and enjoyable dining experience. It was our anniversary and ALL the staff made it extra special and congratulated us. We loved and we will definitely be back!

   Service was so bad that we left having been there for 1 hour and 20 minutes. We had to ask someone after 30 minutes to take our drink order. When drinks finally arrived 2 of the 6 drinks were completely wrong, I.e. Chardonnay instead of Pinot Noir and a bourbon with coke and not a bourbon with club soda. Three of the other drinks were so weak that no liquor could be detected. In fact, we really never had a waitress. Spoke with manager who confessed to being overbooked and understaffed but they were still seating people. They need to hire more people or stop taking reservations that they cannot adequately serve.

   I made a reservation through you for 245 because that’s what you told me was available. They don’t start serving dinner till 4 o’clock. You screwed up. I had to go somewhere else thank you won’t be using your service anymore.

   Not everyone at our table was happy with their food! They said the scallops were very fishy. My grouper was just ok because it was on the dry side. Our server was very good, very friendly and patient. The bread was cold! The restaurant manager did not come over and ask us how things were until we were leaving and he really was just filling up our water glasses!

   The service was stellar, the food was *chef's kiss* the ambiance was perfect. When we stood up to leave, I didn't even realize how full the restaurant had gotten during our time there. We had such a great dining experience, cannot wait to go back!
