Ostrea Oyster Bar in the Roppongi of Minato, Tokyo, is a fun, energetic spot that has earned excellent reviews by both critic and patron alike. The establishment was built upon the simple premise of enjoying oysters from all over the world that can be eaten raw or cooked in a variety of ways. Those dining at Ostrea will have a pick of carefully selected oysters from not only Japanese waters, but from waters around such places as the United States, Australia and Ireland. Plenty of good times are to be had at Ostrea, and reservations aren't required, but are taken.

    オイスターバーなので牡蛎があるのは当然として、雲丹も押しメニューになっていたので豪華な夕食になりました。おすすめの白ワインは確かにさまざまな牡蛎や雲丹それぞれにぴったりなチョイスで、満足でした。

    まず、予約したのにこんな席？が第一印象で、その後も牡蠣の殻を置いたお皿を直ぐに交換してくれなかったりと⁇の連続でした。さして混んでないのに予約から1時間半きっかりにラストオーダー聞いてきたりと、マニュアル通りなんだとは思いますけどね、全くゆっくり出来ずサッサと出てきました。忘年会シーズンの金曜日だったので、日も悪かったのかもしれません。お料理はアベレージだったので残念です。

    マスターと会話しながらワインと料理を選べるのがいいです。ワインのセレクションは最高。何度でも行きたいです。

    イベントで生牡蠣が安くお得でした。接客についても評判よりは悪くなかったですが、オーダーミスはかなり残念。 【みるくがき】を２つ注文したら「最後の２つでした！」と店員さんが言ったのでラッキーだと思いました。 その数分後に隣席のお客さんが【みるくがき】を２つ注文してるのが、聞こえて普通に注文をとってたので、まだ最後ではなかったのか、、、と。 その後、隣席のお客さん席に【みるくがき】が先に到着。この時点でこちらのが先に注文したのにと思いつつ待つ。 それから数分後に店員さんがこちらの席にきて、「すいません、みるくがきが１つしかありませんでした」と。むちゃくちゃですね。笑 自分も友達と来店してたので変な空気にしたくなかったのでなにも言いませんでしたが、気分はよくないですよね。

    予約当日に予約確認の電話がきて、そこで初めて2時間制になってると言われたました。店に行って食事を楽しんでいると、1時間経った時にラストオーダーをとられました。それまでは久々に再開した友人と楽しく過ごしていましたが、不快に思い早々に退店しました。店内は全く混んでなく、空席が目立ちました。1度、他店で利用したことがあり良い印象があったのですが、もう利用することはないと思います。

    私はグルナイの「ゴチになります！」という番組でオストレアさんを知りました。以来、銀座コリドー街、新宿三丁目、そして今回の六本木を利用させていただきましたが、どちらに行っても大好きな牡蠣を、美味しく、気分良く頂きました。満点でないのは、まだまだ上に位置すると考えているからです。これからも頑張られて下さい！ 新宿三丁目では地域2番になっていますが、私の中では1番です！

    彼女が生牡蠣を食べたいと言うので利用させていただきました。 雰囲気も味も最高で満足度は高いです。 ただ、座った席が悪かったのか、ウェイターさんが我々のテーブルの前にずっと立っており、ずっと見られているようで落ち着けませんでした。 スタッフの待機位置を見直していただいた方がいいと思います。 隣のテーブルの女性も気になるとしきりに言っていました。

    食べログを見て点数が高かったので行きました。 料理は確かによいものを使っているのでしょうが、 感じの悪い接客で、おいしいはずの料理もあまりおいしく感じませんでした。 1.　一緒に行った友人は先に着いたので、案内をお願いしたがずっと放置される 2.　メニューを聞きに来た店員にこちらの意思を伝えても、分かったふりをして正しく理解できていない 3.　料理の説明やポーション、仕組みの説明がよく分からない 4.　代わりの人をお願いすると、代わりのウェイターからも逆切れ気味に回答される ちなみにカキフライとか焼きカキは500円／すごく小さい1ポーションで、味の割に大したことないです。 ということで、すごく嫌な気分になり、すぐにお店を後にしました。 友達には勧めませんし、再訪もないと思います。

    特別ではなく、牡蠣食べたい時に使いたいとは思います。 秋ですし、牡蠣を食べるにはいいと思います。 牡蠣がだめでも、海老やサラダもあるので困らないですし オイスターBARもたまにはいいですね。
