Celebrated James Beard award-winning chef Marc Vetri delivers Osteria Fiorella to Summerlin at Red Rock Casino Resort & Spa, an expanded version of his wildly popular Philly pasta bar Fiorella. A great location with a great menu. The service was outstanding. It is a very loud place, so, if you’re looking for intimate this might not be “it”. BUT I think the noise adds to the energy here. If you’re ordering gnocchi - it’s NOT the kind your mamma makes. We sent it back because it’s their interpretation of gnocchi - for us it was wet and not so good almost thought it was raw (it wasn’t) As it turns out it was a ricotta gnocchi - made without potato. So I’m guessing a good keto choice, but not my thing. Pizza, pasta and the bone-in veal parm - amazing. Great wine too!

Brought family from Atlanta and Florida to eat at Osteria Fiorella. Ceasar was our waiter and he was superb. Food was excellent !!

Service was good and friendly. The bread is not worth the $5, cold, tasteless and the butter was damn cold and hard to spread. We got the lasagna and the butternut squash pasta with Gorgonzola. Neither were very flavorful, I’d rather go to Al Solito Posto down the road for cheaper and better food.
