Celebrated James Beard award-winning chef Marc Vetri delivers Osteria Fiorella to Summerlin at Red Rock Casino Resort & Spa, an expanded version of his wildly popular Philly pasta bar Fiorella. Don was our Server and did an excellent job! He was knowledgeable about the menu and wine offerings. My husband and I split a huge cesar salad and then I had the lasagne while he had the pizza. Everything was superb, especially topped off with the recommended wine (Faust Cab). We’ll be back!

Overall, a very pleasant experience. Service was top notch, very attentive. Tricolore salad was good, however, disappointingly few Parmesan shavings. Branzino was delicious, perfectly cooked, although arugula salad it came with was not too our liking. Bread basket well worth the price. Temperature perfect, atmosphere pleasant.

Not as good as it used to be. Menu has been dumbed down. Prices have gone way up. They took a signature item off the menu, the Gnocchi with brown butter and leeks....the gnocchi they replaced it with is not even close to as good. A bit underwhelming. Not sure what changes they have made, but I had been there several times over a year ago and it has declined.

We were very happy we chose Osteria for our Anniversary dinner. From the hostess to our server and bussers, the service was phenomenal and the food was delicious. Best dining experience we have had in a very long time. Highly recommend.
