   Great place, good food, good drinks and good atmosphere, the service could be better as the waiter is not always available. In winter, the heater in the outdoor area is very close to the customers' heads, and the customers do not feel comfortable.

   We were sat at a table on the patio area which was very cold and the heater at that table was not working. In my POV that table should not have been available as the heater didn’t work. Took several requests to the waiter to be moved indoors then finally after speaking t the manager 1.5 hours later we were moved inside. I was wearing my coat the whole time until we got inside.

   Terrible experience, we will never return. Spilled drinks on us and offered no apology. Food took forever to arrived, one dish was missing for almost 10 minutes. We had to flag down random waiter and manager to have someone finally bring the last dish. Food was cold by the time we ate. Food was mediocre and vastly overpriced. Forgot our cappuccino with dessert, had to flag someone down to get one made. Offered no apology, like it was our fault for ordering a coffee with dessert. Overcharged us on the bill ( they double charged the drink they spilled) Stock TC, La Vecchia and Grazie all in the area are vastly superior to Oretta. Having worked for many years in my youth at nice restaurants, it’s clear this restaurant is very poorly managed. It’s a shame because the space itself is lovely.

   Such a beautiful space! Food and drinks were amazing and great happy hour deals!! Bartender and servers were also so amazing!

   I ordered the Spagettoni di Mare, as well as my guest, and was somewhat disappointed that it had almost no seafood. Shells were empty, and only 1 piece of calamari was in the dish. The clam shells were empty, oysters i got 6 and 2 shells were empty. of all the times I've been at this establishment, this dish was the least of fullfillness. I have to say, I was disappointed. When you get a dish like this, I still have to pay the price of a dish that should have been filled of seafood. It was a dish with pasta and 6 baby tomatoes. the rest of the meal was good.

   Visited Oretra testerday and had an exceptional experience, largely thanks to our incredible server, Vlad. From the moment we were seated, Vlad's attention to detail and genuine warmth made us feel welcome and valued. His service was impeccable—attentive without being intrusive, knowledgeable about the menu, and always ready with a great recommendation. It's clear he takes pride in his work and genuinely cares about his guests. Vlad truly elevated our dining experience, and we can't wait to return. If you're heading to Oretra, be sure to ask for Vlad—you won't be disappointed!
