Vom Entree/ Champagner bis zum Nachtisch 5 Sterne Küche und sehr aufmerksames Personal. Maitre selbst brachte Entree bzw Abschluss. Das war unsere erste Erfahrung eines Gourmet Restaurant und sicher einzigartig Preis allerdings auch, möglicherweise könnte man hier auch ein kleineres Menu anbieten, zumal wir echt sehr gesättigt waren.

we had a fantastic experience at Ophelia restaurant, particularly with the standing table in the kitchen. The food was ecellent and creative, making it an unforgettable experience. The entire staff was also very helpful, capable and pleasant.

We had the high top reservation, so we were close to the kitchen action. We saw how chef Dirk led his team in preparing all the dishes to the finest details. The presentations of the dishes were elegant, a candy to the eyes. The taste was divine! It was truly a dining experience to remember.

Der Service war von Anbeginn hervorragend. Die vielen verschiedenen Köstlichkeiten waren nicht nur für das Auge, sondern auch für den Gaumen jedes Mal eine Sensation. Die Atmosphäre war auf hohem Niveau aber dennoch ungezwungen und angenehm. Wir freuen uns schon auf das nächste Menü, das wohl in wenigen Wochen angeboten wird.

Just amazing overall. From the setting in an old villa by the lakeshore to the attentive staff and perfect food.. perfect for celebrating milestones and/or romantic moments.. the food is visually a treat and simply a delight. None of the pretentiousness one occasionally finds in these types of restaurants (like in France) and the staff makes you feel like new friends.

Kulinarisch auf sehr hohem Niveau. Aufmerksamer, aber nie aufdringlicher Service. Es war ein wunderschöner Abend. Falls wir mal wieder in der Bodenseeregion weilen, kommen wir auf jeden Fall wieder.

Dirk Hoberg kocht „göttlich“. Jedes kleine Detail überrascht und erfreut. Genuss auf ganz, ganz hohem Niveau. Und dann auch noch das Glück, an einem warmen Sommerabend auf dem wunderschönen Balkon sitzen zu können…
