Great Valentine's Day visit and a reminder of the importance of making reservations -- we were seated at our time, but folks who didn't have reservations were turned away.

The server was good and the food was great but it was very distracting (and distasteful & rude) when the server started putting chairs up on the tables next to us as she prepared for closing (it wasn't even 8 pm).

What a pleasant surprise to find such a great restaurant in Rochester Minnesota. I highly recommended the menu is very Diversified and the food is outstanding!

The food was amazing! Was very disappointed when my debit card was returned to me. I was charged a 5% fee for using my debit card. I don't carry that much cash on me. Considering I spent $166, I would think the owner would rather have customers return than have us pay for his credit card machine. Sadly it affected the tip I left!

So I don't know how it was, I made a reservation and we got there, and it was closed. Disappointed for it was my fiance's birthday.

My wife and I brought 4 people new to sushi/sushi rolls in to Ootori. They really like the experience and the rolls they had. We had never been to Ootori, but had sushi from a couple other locals places. Ootori's sushi was great. We loved that there were a couple varieties that were unique like Crazy Monkey and the Amazing Sunshine.
