   Great food and ambiance. There was a girl singing and playing the piano! It was beautiful. We had the Filet Mignon and it was perfect 10/10.

   This is our second time at this steakhouse. The first time was much better. The rolls this time were dry and barely warm when delivered to our table - the butter would not even melt. I always get the filet and although the flavor was fine, it was tough. I cook a far more tender filet. I really had to saw through it with the knife and chew it well. Half the brussel sprouts were so hard inside that the inside could not be eaten which is why only half the side was consumed. The mashed potatoes were good. The service was good. At the price point of this filet though, it should melt in your mouth. We may not go back a third time.

   I hate to start with boo but I am. The bread was cold and it was like a crouton. The soup was very good and very tasty. The lobster was cut up inside the shell super Duper tough. Don’t get me started with the broccolini that you couldn’t even cut With a chainsaw. It was a lack of caring.  we asked about some of the ambience like the handmade drinks tableside or the piano bar and it was just not happening anymore. I would have to think at this point the owner has given up. What a shame with a 300+ dollar dinner we shouldn’t have to come back to our room, wanting to eat our snacks that we picked up at a gas station on the way up. Like I started it boo!

   Food, service and atmosphere were fantastic! Only downside was the screaming (and I mean SCREAMING!!!) toddler/kid in the outer dining area during the first half of meal. One unexpected particularly loud screech about jolted me out of my seat! Other than that we did enjoy our visit and I would recommend this place for treating yourself or loved one to a nice upper level quality dining experience. The filet mignon that I ordered was great (could have used a little less salt on the outside of the steak though) and cooked just the way I asked, medium rare but charred on the outside. My wife’s steak was correctly prepared as well (her’s was less salty). The French onion soup was fantastic, some of the best I’ve ever had! Yukon Gold mashed potatoes were creamy & delicious. Top notch service added to the experience. I’ll visit this place again next time I’m in town for sure!

   We loved everything about our Christmas dinner at One! The food was amazing, and the service was too. Very cool place with elegant ambiance. Fantastic find!

   In town for a quick get away and choose One Steakhouse for a date night. Great friendly service, entertainment was outstanding and the food was amazing!!! Highly recommended !

    Amazing experience. We went to dinner before a concert. The staff was very attentive and friendly. The food was delicious. Would highly recommend. We ate here two nights in a row. The scallops were cooked perfectly.
