Olivine is Grand Wailea's oceanfront culinary destination where the natural bounty of Maui is perfectly paired with the art of coastal Italian cuisine. Named for the green mineral that produces the gemstone known as the “Hawaiian diamond,” Olivine’s rustic open-air interior incorporates the striking hues of this mineral, inviting diners to gather both day and night in an al fresco setting framed by large open windows with sweeping sky, pool, and ocean views.

    It’s was a beautiful view. The food was ok. The price is a bit expensive for the quality. It is Grand Wailea which is a beautiful resort so I guess you can up charge.

    The sunset is amazing, the service is impeccable. Very nice experience. The chilled prawns and lobster pizza are definitively recommended. The rosemary bread is also great.

    Great restaurant. Some of their food was not up to what we had expected especially like their pomodoro sauce. Otherwise all other items were outstanding. And service was top notch. Lovely experience.

    Our server was exceptional, i am sorry i can not recall her name. We like our food. We thought the ahi sandwich was salty. The frito mist mentions shrimp and peppers, ours was just calamari.
