   We celebrated our 25th anniversary at Olivea and it was truly unforgettable! The service was impeccable, and the dishes were so carefully crafted with fresh, delicious and creative flavors. Brian took great care of us, and even gifted us a wine bottle with a very special note to commemorate our anniversary!

   Dining at Olivea was one of the best elevated experiences we’ve had in Valle. The bespoke restaurant truly caters to its farm-to-table philosophy, offering a vegetarian or meat pre-fixed menu with vegetables straight from the on-site garden and locally sourced meat. We tried both menu options, and thoroughly enjoyed the colorful and tasty dishes with the select wine-pairing. Our server, Brian, was knowledgeable about Olivea, wine pairings and overall had great conversation with him. We highly recommend Olivea if you’re in search of an authentic dinner dining experience; and please meet the owners, Miguel and Ange whose hospitality and service are unmatched!

   Si vienen a Valle, deben de cenar aquí, su menú de degustación te sorprenderá, cenas lo que ellos cosechan en su huerto, una experiencia increíble y deliciosa!! Si vuelvo a Valle, regresaré sin dudar

   What a great experience we had here amazing restaurant food was so nicely served it tasted so good great explanation of the food and amazing service….We really love Jorge his enthusiasm to explain everything and showing us the vegetable garden was a nice experience, I’m sorry forgot our server name but he’s service was great definitely we will comeback here beautiful place

   We can not say enough about this amazing restaurant. The food is outstanding and they have a well earned Michelin rating. Everything from the ambience when you walk in, greeted by cheerful staff, knowledgeable servers, chef’s great presentation and the favors of the food balance so well with the wine pairing is perfect. We can’t wait to go back and it is only a two hour drive from San Diego. We felt very safe driving across the boarder and the wait time coming back throughout Tecate was only 15 minutes. You must stay at MYA boutique hotel on the property with the Olivia restaurant. The owner Ange did the design and her attention to detail is top notch. Once the word gets out I am sure this will be a destination for all. Enjoy and we will be back soon. Marci and John

   An experience we will never forget. The highest level of service, spectacular cuisine! Make sure to do the wine pairing because the sommelier, Jorge, made the evening with the joy he shares for his selections. Jorge customized our pairing and possibly had more fun than we did.
