   I booked a 10 PM slot on New Year's Eve, but the experience was disappointing. The waiter approached us to take our order almost immediately after we sat down, rushing us with the excuse that the kitchen was about to close. Throughout the evening, the service felt hurried and unpleasant. To top it off, the bill was brought to our table while we were still eating, and the waiter pressed us to pay right away in a very rushed manner. If closing early is a priority, I’d recommend removing the 10 PM slots altogether. Additionally, the food quality left much to be desired, which made the overall experience even more unsatisfactory.

   The Omakase in fact is not what you would expect as a collection of fresh sushi and sashimi, it was just a sashimi platter. Very disappointing. No explanation of what you are going to eat and the waitress was unavailable most of the night with a detached attitude. Half of the sashimi on the platter was chewy and tasteless, except the salmon. We also tried the crab roll and it was stale/expired. We all felt unwell after dining here. I would not recommend a return visit as the price did not reflect the quality of food. If you want a laxative as a meal, dine here and you won't be surprised.

   The waiter was selectively attentive even during a non-peak hour time and the waiter tried to flirt with us which was quite creepy, making our girls NYE brunch less pleasant than we all expected… the ambience inside was a bit dark but lack of class - not great for either izakaya or normal dining environment. Didn’t feel authentic, please improve!

   Had the perfect Boxing Day experience at Oita....just what we wanted to eat after seeing the Christmas lights. Great Sushi and Dragon Rolls. Hit the spot!

   Good food but not great food. Sushi was good. Teriyaki chicken way too sweet. My Ramen wasn’t poorly seasoned and a bit bland but that’s my tastebuds- maybe others would like the mild taste.

   We made reservations for the Christmas pre-fix dinner. Overall experience was beyond disappointing. Specifically, - Rude hostess - Rushed experience - Very bad food; expensive food (£80 per person without beverages and desserts) that essentially felt as if it was frozen food from grocery store re-heated and put on the table Definitely on my list to not visit this restaurant ever again! I say this despite the fact that I love Japanese restaurants and have experienced some of the best ones (small and big) restaurants across multiple cities around the world. Save yourself, don’t venture here!

    My friend and I went there on the 25.12. It was quite good but sooooo expensiv. :(( There was only the christmas meal wich was 80£ per person. But apart from that it was a good experience.
