For a “busy” restaurant, you can have a romantic experience. We have gone there for a few birthday celebrations and a few to just celebrate life. Each time we have felt special and the food has been amazing.

In NYC there’s many restaurants to choose from when you’re a repeat customer to a restaurant it’s a stand out. Our party of 3 shared everything. We delighted in the Rocketman Roll. Cod and cauliflower steak. Banoffi for dessert.

Always great fresh fish tasty and perfectly cooked, love the atmosphere and the service is kind and warm, I come often and never had one bad meal, leave a bit of space for the warm doughnuts at the the end, I very interesting and vibrant wine list .

Came here for the valentines day special! A very lovely restaurant with great ambiance and vibes. The service was adequate (just enough attention and water consistently refilled so no real complaints there). We got the oyster with caviar as our additional starter (oysters were super fresh and caviar was creamy). Our first starter was the crab cake (excellently flavored and they were super generous with the crab!) and the rocketman roll (honestly surprisingly delicious with a great balance of flavors). For our main course I got the salmon (mistake on my part, while it was cooked perfectly the flavors were just not there for me) and my fiancee got the black cod (this was fantastic and also cooked to perfection). Everyone got the same dessert but it was pleasant and I have no complaints (the cheescake was definitely the star of the three small bight). The cost was a bit steep (final bill came out to be a little over $500 since we got the extra appetizer and cocktails). While not really worth it price point wise, I did enjoy almost everything and would still recommend people to come here for the non pre-fix menu!

Incredible food, service in a beautiful setting. The Happy Hour Oysters and drink specials were awesome. All the fish was so fresh and awesome bourbon selections! Highly recommend Oceans when in NYC!
