From our traditional hand-made piquín, verde, and chipotle salsas, to our delicate Aguachile Amarillo with fresh serranos and quelites, to our hearty bone-in braised short-rib birria, we see it as our mission to capture the essence of Oaxaca's endless love affair with food, and bring a little piece of Oaxaca to you.
Similar to wine, Mezcal reflects where it's grown; in Oaxaca's sun-soaked hills and rugged valleys, ancient agave plants absorb the region's rich volcanic soils, imbuing the spirit with a subtle earthiness.

Great lunch. Oaxaca is one of the best “white table cloth” Mexican restaurants anywhere (without the table cloths). Excellent, interesting food and drinks.

Excellent! Roasted oysters, taquitos, carne asada tacos, beet appetizer . . . my friend and I split all of those with glasses of Tempranillo and enjoyed every bite!

Wonderful Saturday brunch. Cocktails were excellent and the food was delicious. Huevos rancheros and the burger were the group favorites, as well as the guacamole starter. Service was great. Highly recommend!

Much more than the normal Mexican fare. Everything has an elevated twist and delicious. Can’t wait to go back and try more dishes. Great service too.
